Susannah has strong belief in education equity, with the understanding of levers needed improve educational outcomes for Australian students to create impact for a more equitable Australia.
Susannah works at Social Ventures Australia (SVA) in the Evidence for Learning (E4L) team. She is responsible for tailoring evidence assets to the Australian context, supporting education jurisdictions to use evidence, and regularly works alongside educators to help great practice become common practice.
With a background in teaching, Susannah has worked with young Australians across the spectrum of development, from early learning to tertiary settings. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the Australian Catholic University, and Master of Teaching and a Master of Education Policy (International) from the University of Melbourne where she focused on the selection and induction of graduate teachers in a global context.
