Cindy, a Year 11 student at Melbourne Girls’ College, has had to overcome a challenging time where she was constantly afraid of what other’s thought of her. She was then recommended to join the Skyline Program and is now excited about being able to meet other Skyliners with different backgrounds.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys reading on her phone and has recently started practicing digital art. One of her proudest achievements would be in Year 8 when she did an art appropriation of “The Lady of Shalott” and changed the painting into pop art, even though she lacked the confidence to.
She finds inspiration from others who can follow a schedule, and from aesthetically pleasing study notes. With this motivation, Cindy hopes in 2021 to be more organized and plan her time effectively so she can have a stress-free year.
